Inverter Selection:
1. Rated power consumption: One of the following is shown in the instruction manual of the device or the specification sheet of the product body.

○○A: The amperage (A) value multiplied by 240V (voltage) is a reference value for power consumption.
○○VA: Only a reference value for power consumption (W).
2. Maximum power consumption: Depends on the connected device. In the case of inductive loads, the maximum power consumption is 3 to 8 times the rated power dissipation, so power dissipation during startup or operation may exceed the rated output connected to the device.
3. Even devices with the same rated power consumption may not be usable because the maximum power consumption varies by manufacturer and construction. Please contact the manufacturer of the device you are using for the maximum power consumption of the device.
4. Make sure that the maximum power consumption of your device does not exceed the rating of this product.

GIANDEL warranties 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason.
You may return unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Once the returned item arrives back in GIANDEL’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Shipping Cost for Return
For quality related issues,GIANDEL will cover the shipping cost. For non-quality related issues, customers may be required to cover the shipping cost.
More cases that shipping costs must be covered by buyers:

Valid proof for warranty claim includes:

● Purchases platforms:GIANDEL stores or authorized resellers such as, Amazon, Wish, Ebay, Walmart, etc
● Sales invoice or transaction ID
● Supporting photos/videos
If supporting photos/videos cannot be provided, GIANDEL reserves the right to require the customer to cover return shipping costs. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and being inspected, GIANDEL will offer a refund or replacement.
For Non-Quality Related Issues
Warranty does not cover any non-quality related issue, products sold by unauthorized resellers, improperly operated devices, free products or where the package was damaged during shipping.
